To say I am an animal lover doesn't quite cover it. Growing up on the ranch taught me to make friends and connect with them in a very special way. We were and are best friends. I am thrilled to share my goats and the rest of my menagerie with all of you. My mission in life is to create BLISS.

Everything on the farm was designed and built by James. Its a living art project and tribute to old Orange County, California. James moved to San Juan Capistrano in 1976. He is a life long lover of his beloved town San Juan. Join him on weekends for our Goat Walk, CRAZY FUN is always had with Farmer James in. charge.

Baby Goat Yoga
Lisa began teaching yoga in 2008 and earned her 200 hr YTT at Core Power Yoga with Heather Peterson. She went on to teach for Sumits Yoga in Rancho Santa Margarita and at Lifetime (Life Power Yoga) in Laguna Niguel. Her mantra is that yoga should be for every BODY and accessible for ALL. She teaches prenatal yoga, kids yoga, teen yoga, vinyasa, slow flow, rehabilitation and of course GOAT YOGA. With a passion for people, she loves to share the gifts of yoga and its healing benefits. She has taught at Goods and Goats Market since the very beginning and loves the joy, laughter and bliss of each class working along side cutest baby goats (aka sparkle monsters) in the world!
